My name is Paul Johns and I am a geek for business.

My journey has taken me through building systems-driven GTM to overhauling sales methodology. I have been fortunate to build a GTM tech stack from the ground up, designing the entire customer journey – from website visit to first human interaction and throughout their lifecycle. I have also led the transformation that shifted traditional sales methods to Product Led Sales, working alongside cross-functional and international teams to implement new tools, redesign workflows, restructure teams, and reframe how we understood and engaged with our customers.

Lately, I have been writing, reviewing, and evaluating emerging tools in the AI GTM space, identifying patterns that separate genuine innovation from hype. My focus has been on searching for organizations committed to reimagining their GTM approach through an AI-native lens. In parallel, I’ve been collaborating with AI/ML engineers to explore the gaps I see in the current AI GTM space.

While many businesses view AI through the narrow lens of cost reduction, the real opportunity lies in unlocking entirely new possibilities.
